Whether you’re a seasoned plant enthusiast or just starting your green journey, we’re committed to providing the highest level of care and transparency when delivering your new plants. From cold weather shipping guidelines and acclimation periods to refunds, cancellations, and seasonal availability, we want to ensure you’re well-informed every step of the way. Shipping Disclaimers

Cold Weather Shipping:

To ensure the safety of your plant during cold weather, heat packs are available for an additional charge. Please select the heat pack option at checkout if temperatures in your area are below 50°F (10°C).

We are not responsible for damage caused by cold weather if a heat pack is not purchased.

Shipping Delays:

Plants are shipped with care, but delays caused by the shipping carrier are beyond our control. We cannot guarantee delivery times once the package has left our hands.

Live Plant Shipping:

Plants are shipped bare-root or with minimal soil to ensure safe transit. Minor soil displacement or damage to leaves may occur during shipping, which is normal.

Plant Care Disclosures

Acclimation Period:

Your plant may look slightly stressed upon arrival due to shipping. This is normal. Please allow 1-2 weeks for the plant to acclimate to its new environment.

Plant Variations:

Each plant is unique, and slight variations in size, shape, and color are to be expected. Photos in the listing are representative of the plant you’ll receive.

Order Policies

Refunds and Replacements:

Refunds or replacements are only provided if the plant arrives damaged or dead. Clear photos must be submitted within 24 hours of delivery for claims.

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse or improper care after the plant is delivered.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this time, cancellations are not allowed as plants are prepared for shipping.

Special Notes for Buyers

Toxicity Warning:

Some plants may be toxic to pets or children if ingested. Please research the plant before purchasing if this is a concern.

Seasonal Availability:

Availability of specific plants may change based on seasonal factors. If your preferred plant is out of stock, please message us for restocking updates.

Heat Pack Policy:

Heat packs are recommended during winter months and are not automatically included. If you do not purchase a heat pack, we cannot guarantee the plant will arrive undamaged in cold weather.
